Influence by Inspiration
Posted by: WebPulpit | Posted on: August 5, 2015Influential people are not parochial, fixed and narrow minded; they think wide, big and out of the box. They are dynamic and they determine the pace of things. They have a sphere of influence and they maximize it.
Influential people are first influenced within. It takes an internal transformation to cause an external change. Get this: you cannot change what you have not been changed from!
Influential people are original! They are not photocopies! It takes the original to influence others. Today, many young people are copies, photocopies of another person altogether. Be yourself! You cannot influence people with another man’s identity.
Lead the crowd. Don’t follow the crowd. Many leaders are lost within the crowd; they lack purpose and principle. Influential people step ahead of the crowd and determine their pace by providing ideas, insights and inspiration – the three most powerful tools of influence.
